GAAP operating income grew 40% to $2.86 billion and diluted EPS rose 46% to $3.29, helped by the absence of $615 million of business optimization costs booked a year earlier.
Full-year fiscal 2026 revenue was $74.18 billion, up 6%, with GAAP diluted EPS of $13.56, up 12%, and adjusted EPS of $13.97, up 8%. The company returned $11.5 billion to shareholders in fiscal 2026, including $7.5 billion in share repurchases and $4.0 billion in dividends. The quarterly dividend was raised 5% to $1.71 per share, and $6.0 billion of additional buyback authority was approved, bringing the total to about $6.9 billion. For fiscal 2027 the company expects revenue growth of 3% to 6% in local currency, an operating margin of 15.9% to 16.1% and GAAP diluted EPS of $14.39 to $14.81. Q1 FY2027 revenue is guided at $18.95 billion to $19.60 billion, and capital return is planned at no less than $9.5 billion.
